Lodge Bliznesky, Pharm.D. Assistant Professor Of Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Specialist of Cardiovascular and Critical Care Medicine. Joined Mylan School of Pharmacy July 1, 2009. Dr. Bliznesky received his Pharm.D. degree from Duquesne University in May of 2008. Prior to joining the faculty, he completed a PGY-1 Residency with Duquesne University and Trinity Medical Center. Dr. Bliznesky will be an Acute Care Preceptor at Trinity Medical Center in Steubenville Ohio. Main job responsibilities include anticoagulation consults, renal dosing consults, and rounds in both the CVICU and Medical ICU all of which his students will be directly involved with. His research interests are in the areas of Cardiovascular Medical treatment strategies and Anticoagulation management.
